Rewards Terms & Conditions
We/us referred to as Bluepen Assignment Private Limited and you/your referred to as Freelancer.
We shall offer a Rewards Program to you and shall contain at least those terms under the heading "Bluepen Rewards".
To the extent that any such Mandatory Terms are not in effect as of Execution Date,
We shall cause such Mandatory Terms to become effective as soon as reasonably practicable but no later than the Effective Date.
The Rewards Program shall be operated per the terms set forth on the Schedule under the heading "Bluepen Rewards"
Subject to any additional requirements on the Schedule, we may also add, change, or modify other terms of the Rewards Program so long as such additions, changes, or modifications do not conflict with the Mandatory Terms.
No such change may impose additional or altered obligations without its consent, except to provide additional information that is readily available, may lawfully be provided subject to BluePen's internal policies and procedures, and is no more burdensome to provide than any such information already being provided.
We will notify you of material changes in the Rewards Program in advance of the effective date of such material change.
For the avoidance of doubt, we hereby acknowledge and agree that the Rewards Program is administered, owned, managed, and maintained solely by us. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, we shall have full authority to cease participation in the Rewards Program based on administrative, compliance, or reputational concerns upon (14) days' notice to you.
You may need to achieve the rewards point. we may grant reward points to you on the successful completion of the project and subject to satisfactory client response.
You shall need to apply for the rewards within 14 days of achieving the required Reward points.
If you are unable to apply for the reward within 14 days after achieving the required points, in such a situation we shall not be held responsible.
You may require to send an unboxing video of their rewards to us for verification.
If you cease your participation in the Rewards Program, either party may terminate this Agreement upon 14 days of written notice to the other party.
We shall reserve the sole right to terminate this program at any point of time after giving 14 days of written notice (Via Email/other social Media Platform) to the you.
Note:
1. Bluepen rewards is not eligible for copy-paste hand-written/hand-drawn work.
2. You are eligible for each reward only when assignments assigned to you are via our portal. Offline assignments won't be counted for rewards.
3. Assignments value below ₹500 will not be counted in the rewards program
